Our Process
Property Assessment
We evaluate your property to map clearing zones, identify sensitive areas (gardens, irrigation heads), and determine equipment needs.
Contract Setup
Choose a seasonal contract for guaranteed priority service or per-push pricing. We outline trigger depths, response times, and included services.
Storm Response
Our crews track forecasts and lake-effect bands off the Great Salt Lake and mobilize before major storms. Most properties are cleared before 7 AM so you can start your day safely.
Ice Management
After clearing, we apply eco-friendly de-icer to prevent refreeze on walkways, driveways, and high-traffic areas.

Snow Removal FAQs
Per-push pricing for a standard residential driveway ranges from $35 to $75 depending on size and accumulation. Seasonal contracts typically run $400 to $800 for the winter season (November through March) and include unlimited pushes above the trigger depth. Bench properties with heavy accumulation sit at the upper end, and commercial pricing is quoted per property.
Seasonal contract customers receive priority response. We begin clearing when accumulation hits the agreed trigger depth (typically 2 to 3 inches). Most residential properties are cleared before 7 AM, which also keeps you inside the roughly 24-hour sidewalk clearing window most Salt Lake Valley cities enforce. During lake-effect storms, we may make multiple passes throughout the day.
We use magnesium chloride and calcium magnesium acetate products that are safer for concrete, plants, and pets than traditional rock salt. Salt choice matters here because Utah's freeze-thaw cycles are already hard on concrete. These products work at lower temperatures, and we avoid applying de-icer near sensitive garden beds.
We recommend signing seasonal contracts by October 1st to guarantee priority placement. We do accept new clients throughout the season, but availability depends on existing route capacity, especially on bench routes in Cottonwood Heights and Draper where storms drop the most snow. Per-push service is available on a first-come basis during each storm.
